VividSoft® Software
Vivid Medical provides complementary video application software to auto-detect Vivid Medical products upon plug-in, and to turn-on the Vivid Device on Windows (XP, Vista, WIN 7) platforms. Our software is designed to facilitate ease of use of the VividTrac® on Windows based computers, by allowing the device to become immediately available and to automatically display the live video on the computer screen, with no user interaction.
The following two software applications work together to provide immediate display of the live VividTrac® video image.
VividVision® Software
Runs as a background service on Windows XP, Vista, WIN 7 OS computers to immediately detect presence of Vivid Products (VividTrac®) upon plug-in into the USB port. Once VividVision detects the Vivid Device™, it automatically launches the appropriate Vivid Visualization Software™ to display the live video on the screen.

For other platforms (MAC OS, Linux) use any standard available external webcam video applications. It is highly recommended to pre-test the ability of any new computer and software to support the display of VividTrac® video, before engaging with a patient.
